The items sold on this website is non- returnable due to hygiene and personal care nature of the products.
However, a request for return or replacement can be raised within 2 days of receipt of the product only under following conditions.
• Product is physically damaged / tampered
• Product is expired
• Wrong Product is delivered
In case of above conditions, the company will first verify it against the claim by contacting you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. Please keep the pack in its original condition with all the accompaniments and manuals if any received at your end. Once verification is complete, we will initiate the replacement or refund procedure. The replacement will depend on availability of stock. In case of refund, full amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid. In case of Cash-on-Delivery order, a refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in favour of the “Billing Name” used while placing the order. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
In case of missing product, we will verify from our end and fresh product will be shipped to you.
An order can be cancelled only up to it is in “Pending” state. Once we start processing, it cannot be cancelled.
