Terms and Conditions:
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from Cosmosafe and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time without prior notice to you, and therefore you should check the current version on website before you make a new purchase. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set.
There may be certain circumstances in which we are unable to accept your order in following Condition:
- Product you ordered is out of stock
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;
- We have identified a pricing or product description error;
- Discounts have been incorrectly applied; or
- If we believe items in the order or other orders placed by you are being purchased in bulk for resale and not for personal use; in this case a proper due diligence of all documents will be done by Cosmosafe before supplying the bulk order to you.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and will not charge you.
On Cash On delivery, extra charges from the buyer as compared to online payments (Prepaid) ; due to Our courier partners safely collect the money from the buyer and deposit it to us; the entire process requires operational effort hence the extra charges applied. Extra cost on COD varies depending on Pin Code.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside of our reasonable control then we will not be liable for such delay. We will however let you know as soon as possible and, if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but have not yet received. Delivery will be to the address or store specified in your order. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise whether your order has been left in a safe place e.g. with a neighbour, or returned to depot.
Ownership and responsibility for the products: you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order (including where left in a safe place, e.g. with a neighbour). Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.
If Customer provides any wrong information like address and contact details and shipment not delivered to customer in such conditions, reshipment cost will be borne by customer.
Estimated Time of delivery may vary in Natural & unforced conditions which are not under the control of Cosmosafe Healthcare Private Limited.
A Proof of Delivery (also known as a POD) is a document which needs to be signed by the recipient to confirm the delivery of goods in a good condition, incase of any comments regarding the shipment, the recipient needs to mention the same below their sign on POD. If no comments are mentioned, that means the customer has received the parcel in proper condition.
