At Cosmosafe Healthcare, we don’t just create skincare, haircare, and lipcare; we create solutions that are backed by science and a deep understanding of skin. Our journey started with a realization that would change the skincare landscape forever.

Founders Marina Arsiwala and Nishant Bhowate, two passionate experts with over 24 years in the manufacturing and ingredients industry, discovered a gap in the market that no one was addressing—despite the abundance of skincare products available, none of them were truly research-based, with proper science guiding their formulations. Moreover, they found that many products on the market lacked the right percentages of ingredients, and the formulations weren’t optimized for real results. But what really stood out was how people were unable to follow their skincare routines or adhere to skin-related medication. The root cause? Affordability. Many were not compliant with their skincare because the costs were simply too high, leaving an entire section of the population deprived of the benefits of effective skincare. It became clear that skincare shouldn’t be a luxury reserved for the few.

During the Covid period, as the world slowed down, Nishant and Marina took the opportunity to visit numerous locations, researching the gaps in the dermatology sector. They immersed themselves in understanding not just the science behind skin, but also the challenges people faced when it came to skincare compliance. They realized the importance of affordability without compromising on quality, and that a premium skincare experience should be available to everyone, regardless of their background. 

With this newfound understanding, their mission became clear: to create research-based, science-backed, and dermatologically trusted skincare products that deliver real results while being affordable. They envisioned a product line that would be accessible to everyone but without any compromise on efficacy, premium feel, or trust. The result is Cosmosafe Healthcare—where 90% of the focus is on efficacy, and only 10% on packaging, because what’s inside matters far more than how it’s presented.

Our founders’ deep knowledge of skin has driven every decision, from the right ingredients, right percentages, and right formulations, to the right technology and packaging. We take pride in our in-house operations—whether it’s our dedicated R&D lab, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, quality control, or packaging, we keep every step of the process within our control to ensure the highest quality at every turn.
